Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern all orders placed on premium-sticker.com operated by Premium Sticker, based in Pristina, Kosovo (the "Seller"). Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Products
The Seller offers custom-printed stickers produced from designs supplied by the customer (the "Buyer"). Each sticker is configured online: size, finish (matte vinyl, glossy vinyl, 3D resin), shape, quantity (50 pieces minimum).
2. Pricing
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR), VAT included where applicable. Volume discounts apply automatically from 100 pieces up to 2500+.
3. Order placement
An order is finalized once the Buyer confirms the cart, completes the shipping address, and pays. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order that infringes intellectual property rights, is illegal, offensive, or technically not printable.
4. Payment
Accepted: credit card, PayPal, Klarna (where available), Apple/Google Pay. Cash on delivery only in Albania and Kosovo — the team contacts the Buyer within 24h to confirm.
5. Production & delivery
Production: 4-6 working days from confirmation. Shipping: 1-14 days by zone. The Seller is not liable for carrier or customs delays.
6. Withdrawal — exception for custom goods
Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83 article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications. Custom stickers fall under this exception.
7. Quality & claims
For defects, notify [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photos. Resolution: reprint, partial refund or full refund.
8. Intellectual property
The Buyer warrants ownership of all rights to the design. The Seller's responsibility is strictly limited to printing.
9. Liability
The Seller's liability is capped at the order amount. No indirect damage covered.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction
Laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes go before the courts of Pristina, except where consumer-protection rules grant the Buyer a different forum.
