Cookie Policy

We use a minimum of cookies and similar technologies to run the site and keep it secure.

1. Strictly necessary

• premium-sticker-cart — your shopping cart (local storage).
• NEXT_LOCALE — your language preference (1 year).
• ps_admin — admin session, only if you log into /admin (7 days).
• __cf_bm, cf_clearance — Cloudflare bot protection.
• ps-cookie-consent — your choice in the cookie banner (local storage; asked again after 13 months).

2. Visit statistics (cookie-free)

We measure visits on our own server, without cookies and without any third-party tool: pages viewed and visits (a visit ends after 30 minutes without activity), time spent on a page and how far it was scrolled, page loading speed (Core Web Vitals), missing pages, country (provided by Cloudflare) and — if Cloudflare provides them — region and city, the language of the site and of your browser, device type, browser and system family, screen-width range, the site you came from (its domain only), campaign tags (utm), the steps of the configurator and of the order, and, for an order, the source, campaign and landing page of the visit during which it was placed. No IP address is stored and nothing is written on your device: a visitor is only recognised within one day, through an irreversible code (hash) computed with a random key that is destroyed every day, so two days can never be linked. These statistics are therefore pseudonymous, not anonymous: an order placed that day can be matched with the visit that preceded it. Raw events, and the detail of each order's source (day, amount, source, campaign, landing page, country, device, language), are deleted after 13 months; only daily totals without any visitor code are kept, and for orders only their number and amount per month and source. Nothing more is measured once you click “Reject non-essential” in the cookie banner, and nothing at all if your browser sends Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control.

3. Customer journeys (only with your consent)

If you click “Accept all” (or turn the Statistics switch on), a random identifier is stored in your browser's local storage (ps-vid, 13 months at most; your consent itself is asked again after 13 months). It is sent with the visit statistics above and with your order, quote request or newsletter sign-up, so that your visits over several days are linked to each other and to that request: first visit and its source, number of visits, pages viewed, configurator steps, time before purchase. At the moment you accept, your browser also reports the pages it showed in the same tab during the previous 30 minutes and the site you came from, so that the journey starts at your real first page; nothing is ever looked up by IP address. This data stays on our server, is never shared nor used for advertising, and is erased 396 days (13 months) after our server first received the identifier, or sooner (see below). If you refuse or later withdraw your consent (“Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page), the identifier is deleted from your browser at once and everything linked to it is erased from our server; only the statistics without identifier described above remain. If your consent ends by itself (after 13 months, or when your browser turns on Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control), the same happens at your next visit; if you do not come back, our server, which is not told, erases by itself everything linked to the identifier 396 days after first receiving it (an identifier is never used for more than 13 months, i.e. 395 days). An identifier older than 13 months is replaced by a new one, and what was linked to the old one is erased the same way. Only the irreversible fingerprint (SHA-256) of an erased identifier is kept, for 14 months and without any linked data, so that nothing is ever linked to it again. One limit: if your browser's storage is cleared (by you, or automatically by some browsers, such as Safari after 7 days without a visit), the identifier disappears without our server being told; the data linked to it then stays there until our server erases it by itself, 396 days after first receiving the identifier. If that data is linked to an order, a quote request or a newsletter sign-up, you can ask us to erase it by writing from that e-mail address. To withdraw your consent and erase everything at once, use “Manage cookies” rather than clearing your browser.

4. Third parties

5. Changing your choices

Use the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of any page: withdrawing your consent there also erases from our server the data linked to your identifier. Deleting cookies and site data in your browser settings only clears your device (see section 3).
