These four markets are covered by the CEFTA agreement, so goods made in Kosovo travel without customs duty. The destination country still charges its own import VAT on the value of the parcel. Inside Kosovo there is no import at all.
Since 1 July 2026 the EUR 150 duty-free allowance no longer exists. A flat duty of EUR 3 per item applies to B2C parcels worth EUR 150 or less that come from a country outside the EU, and it comes on top of import VAT. We tell you before you order, because a refused parcel of custom-printed goods cannot be resold.
Switzerland is outside the EU. Swiss VAT of 8.1 % is due above roughly CHF 63 of value, plus the postal handling fee charged by the carrier.
Business customers with recurring volumes can ask for a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) quote. We state this clearly before you order because refused parcels of custom goods cannot be resold.
